Yes, David does get a little carried away, but who are we to deny his zeal? Knickers mean a lot to him, especially the Armani brand. Personally, I found your remark about the ex-mayor's appearance offensive..he can't help his looks, but he can help what he does with his friends' knickers, and therein lies the impetus for the article. Can physiological handicaps influence behaviour? Does being deficient in the looks department force one to steal underwear? These are big issues... Dear B McFertif
