As editor of Hewdge, I and my roving reporter Helga Hewston, have the rare opportunity to travel constantly from A-B – lapping up the freedom and open mindedness of the glorious city of Amsterdam, while also enjoying life in the intriguing and unpredictable city of Beirut. This site is a tribute to the creativity and resilience of the Lebanese people. Forever resourceful, they know a thing or two about survival.
